Tips to make your application fast & easy
Apply Together
If you're applying with others, have one person add all co-applicants at the same time to avoid delays.
Click on the Your Household section of the application
Select how many adults (18+) need to apply.
Enter each co-applicant's name, email, and phone, then click Continue. Repeat for all co-applicants.
IMPORTANT: only one person in each household should complete this step.
Co-applicants will receive a link by email to apply under your application.
Have Your ID Ready
Keep valid forms of ID handy when applying. (*Expired IDs cannot be used.)
Verify Your Income Quickly
For the fastest decision, link your bank or payroll account directly in the Findigs application. Include all sources of income, even part-time or freelance work. Make
sure the employer name matches your deposits.
Submit Documents Properly
Upload any requested paperwork (like proof of income, benefits, or housing documents) as PDFs only. Screenshots or altered files will delay your application or lead to a possible denial.

For the best experience when creating or logging into your account, we recommend using Google Chrome if you encounter any issues with Safari.
Don't forget
Every applicant needs their own contact information:
A unique email address;
A cell phone number they can access;
Be 18 years or older.
Double-check that emails and phone numbers are entered correctly for you and your co-applicants. Typos are the #1 reason for delays.
